Job Description:

The NTO Dispatcher is primarily responsible for the dispatching of all outside plant repair technicians, as well as inside plant technicians in the field. This includes coordinating, and planning geographically, how and where to send technicians for repair jobs and production related tasks. The NTO Dispatcher will act as a liaison between internal teams reporting issues and requests be made to the Network Technical Operations organization. These requests will consisting of, but not limited to; trouble tickets for repairs, network deployments, ensuring scheduled planned maintenance work during maintenance window hours is completed as scheduled, physical path relocations, and physical audits of existing network elements. NTO Dispatchers will also be highly active with day to day reporting to NTO management and engaged in project management activity regularly.

This role is within a very fast paced, highly reactive, and constant changing environment, where all situations being reported are of the utmost urgency. This candidate must be motivated, have a great phone personality, excellent written communication skills, and be able to demonstrate self control under extreme circumstances. In addition, must be process oriented and also be able to follow directions as process changes are implemented in real time.
