--- Title: Resident Automation Tech II
--- Location: Kansas City, KS
--- Shift/Schedule: Opportunities exist on these two shifts:
o 4:00pm - 3:00am Mon to Thurs (4x10s)
o 5:00am - 4:00pm Thurs to Sun (4x10s)
--- Compensation: Target base rate -$28.25/hr - $32/hr plus $2/hr
shift premium for weekend shift
o Bonuses/Additional Compensation: Relocation / sign-on bonus is
available on a case-by-case basis (usually between -1.5K and 5K,
depending on a number of different factors).

Position Description: As a Resident Automation Technician you will
work with a team of technicians onsite to maintain, troubleshoot
and repair automation equipment within a state-of-the-art Warehouse
/ Distribution Center. Some specific responsibilities include:
--- Complete maintenance activities pertaining to the automated
equipment on-site, such as conveyors, cranes, shuttles, scale
checks and carton-opening systems.
--- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues as quickly and
practically as possible. Lead maintenance efforts on complex issues
that require in-depth technical knowledge.
--- Work individually or with other team members to complete work
assignments as assigned.
--- Adhere to quality standards, while complying with all health
and safety policies and procedures.
--- Perform routine preventative and predictive maintenance in
accordance with established standards and schedules.
In order to be successful in this role, you should have good
hands-on experience (both mechanical and electrical) with
industrial equipment and related automation and control systems.
Familiarity with HMI and SCADA is preferred, as is experience with
PLC and automation troubleshooting.
