You will collaborate with our dedicated team to create a vibrant and supportive community where residents can thrive.Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and implement a diverse range of programs and activities tailored to the interests and preferences of our residents.
• Coordinate with external vendors and community partners to offer specialized programs such as Zumba Gold, Music and Memories, and Rock Steady Boxing.
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere where residents feel empowered to participate and connect with one another.
• Work closely with the Care team to ensure programs align with residents' physical, social, and emotional well-being.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and solicit feedback from residents to continuously improve offerings.Qualifications:
• Previous experience in program coordination or recreational therapy, preferably in a senior living or similar setting.
• Strong creativity and innovation skills with the ability to develop engaging programs for diverse audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs and preferences of residents.
