• Oversee the execution of technology-based strategic initiatives and ensure client reporting requirements are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop software solution strategies and align technology execution with those strategies.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of data models, data relationships, and data utilization and consumption.
• Design and develop efficient operational systems throughout the department.
• Define and communicate timelines and expectations to staff.
• Develop, implement, and maintain standardized processes and practices to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and industry best practices.
• Define, convey, and monitor team member deliverables to leverage individual strengths and build team capabilities that will enable sustained success.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of related operations and/or IT experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong understanding of relational database concepts.
  • Experience with report and/or query development.
  • Previous experience as a lead in a functional area or managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects.What We Offer:
