TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Topeka, Kansas, 66606 About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Telemetry Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (06:45 - 19:15) Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48 hours per week Experience: Minimum 2 years required; first-time travelers not accepted License: Valid RN license Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Previous charge experience preferred; Trauma Level 1 and 2 experience preferred Job Description: - Provide direct patient care in a telemetry unit with a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio. - Work in a 30-bed unit, utilizing the EPIC documentation system. - Fulfill a weekend requirement of 4 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule. - Participate in floating to similar units within the scope based on facility needs, with a brief orientation provided. - Wear pewter gray scrubs as the designated uniform color. - Complete billable modules, typically 4-6 hours for RNs, onsite during orientation, with all modules recorded via transcripts. - Follow company policies regarding schedule requests, requiring prior approval before signing. - Understand that block scheduling is considered on a case-by-case basis. - Comply with current vaccine requirements according to facility policies. 26179064EXPPLAT Job Requirements Required for Onboarding ACLS - AHA BLS - AHA Pharmacology Skills Checklist Specialty Exam About Cynet Health Your travel nursing adventure begins here.
