This is a 12-week paid learning experience during which you'll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. We invite you to come innovate with mentors who will challenge you to develop meaningful skills. You'll contribute your creativity and outstanding ideas, while working alongside T-Mobile employees. We'll give you hands-on projects and the chance to create an immediate impact.What It's Like:Work with a team that defines digital data collection and the use of that data for marketing purposes using technical digital platforms. Learn and work within Adobe marketing platforms, including Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Experience Platform. This person will work across multi-functional teams from business owners to developers to legal and privacy, learning marketing use cases and the data needed to fuel those use cases across digital platforms.What You'll Do:Define data collection needs that enable contextual marketing efforts.Key Responsibilities:

• Define data collection needs for marketing and reporting and write technical specifications used by developers to implement analytics tagging.
• Ensure data governance and data privacy standards
• Build audiences for contextual marketing and messaging
• Build reporting in Customer Journey Analytics and Adobe Analytics for QA purposes.
• QA analytics tagging to ensure complete and accurate data collection.What It Takes:
  • Initiative, willingness to learn, self-starter, strategic mindsetMinimum Qualifications:
    • At least 18 years of age
    • Legally authorized to work in the United States
    • Must have graduated within the last 12-months, OR be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program
    • Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for InternshipsEmployer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour.
