employees!Responsible for the daily operations of the T-Mobile
Corporate Card and Expense program. Supports the Sr Program Manager
to drive the development, implementation and maintenance of
relevant business policies and procedures. Works with the Sr
Program Manager to optimize costs, compliance, and customer
service. Possess knowledge of the corporate card and expense
industry, card and expense operations for a large corporation,
tools (e.g., Concur), and processes, with the goal of operating a
best-in-class corporate card and expense program. Support
benchmarking measurements for corporate card and expense metrics
(e.g., compliance, savings). Able to communicate with and support
key business partners, including inquires/escalations from business
leaders/executive administrative assistants. Liaison for collecting
and acting on feedback from the corporate employees/travelers,
business partners, business leaders/executive administrative
assistants, and vendors. Participation in department and company
projects related to corporate card and expense.Job
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Sr Program Manager for program
management over the Corporate Card and Expense program.
- Participate in providing forward-thinking insights and guidance
on policy, and corporate card and expense initiatives.
- Strive to ensure the corporate card and expense program is
current, effective and best-in-class.
- Contribute to the development and execution of Travel, Expense,
and Card team and broader Finance goals and vision.
- Support the Sr Program Manager to coordinate between key
third-party partners (corporate card and expense/travel) and the
business.
- Conduct corporate card compliance audits and working with
employees to resolve/educate on any issues.
- Responsible for investigating and resolving
trouble-ticket/inquiries from the business.
- Operates controls for Corporate Card and Expense to mitigate
risk and ensure sufficient reporting/visibility is in place for key
business stakeholders.
- Support benchmarking with peer companies and/or industry
associations, keep up-to-date on latest trends and developments
within the industry, and apply best practices to business
processes.
- Keeps enterprise training up-to-date and supports training
needs for the Corporate Card and Expense program.
- Responsible for other ad-hoc projects as assigned by business
management, as needed.Education:
- Bachelors Degree (Preferred)Work Experience:
- 1-3 Years: Corporate Card and Expense program management
experience in a large-enterprise company
- 1-3 Years: Proven ability interacting with business
stakeholders, including resolving escalations from business leaders
and executive administrative assistants.
- 1-3 Years: Expense management tool and vendor experience (e.g.,
Concur)
- 1-3 Years: Corporate Credit card tools and vendor
experience

$98,300Corporate Bonus Target: 10%The pay range above is the
general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The
successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors,
such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the
actual starting pay will vary within this range.At T-Mobile,
employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an
annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their
role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus
based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at
a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses
